“We like: We like the location of the apartments, it is not far from Saint-Mande subway station. Room was good enough for two people. Small kitchen with electric cooking plate, microwave, refrigerator, everything you need to prepare the breakfast, dinner, lunch. There is restaurants and bars in walk distance from the apartments. In 10 minutes walking distance there is a big supermarket Carrefour. The hot water is heated by the electric boiler and for us it was enough. We didn't like: No air conditioning. That days was hot weather in the Paris and was also hot in the room. We had small issue with the shower gel in the bathroom, it was empty and we remind the personnel two days, so only on third day of our stay we got shower gel. We booked room for two persons, but room was prepared like for one. Luckily we got missing towels very fast. Coffee and tea was not added for the next days, it was only on the day of arrive. We booked room with one full bed, but in real life is was just two beds placed together. Price can be little bit cheaper than 110 EUR/night.”

“Overall Rating: Nice Stay with Minor Drawbacks Pros - Location: Situated in a peaceful neighborhood, just a short 350-meter walk to the Saint-Mandé metro station. - Convenient Amenities Nearby: Plenty of shops, restaurants, department stores, and a Decathlon within easy walking distance. - Helpful Staff: The receptionist (Antanio/Antonia) was incredibly helpful with queries. While the front desk is not staffed 24/7, the checkout process for early departures (e.g. We had to checkout at 7:00 AM) was smooth and clearly explained requiring just a quick drop of the room card at the desk. Cons - No AC or Fans: The apartment lacks air conditioning or fans. It can get quite hot during the afternoon, though the temperature drops to a comfortable level at night. - Tight Shower: While the bathroom itself is good, the shower enclosure is on the smaller side. Limited Toiletries: Minimal toiletries are provided. Tip: - Check the weather ahead of time or consider bringing a small portable fan if visiting in summer. - Be sure to pack and bring your own soaps and shampoos.”

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. Since it is located a few blocks from the metro where it takes you anywhere in Paris. The service we received was excellent, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is spotlessly clean and warm with quality heating. Complementary breakfast in their cafeteria is better than continental. We will be back”

“Clean room and nice beds! As said during booking there is no AC but there is a ventilator. Parking garage easy to reach. Friendly staff! Metro also very close”
